shipping charge is non-refundable, items not received in re-sellable condition or damaged may be subject to a 20% restocking refund deduction.
Note: iPod decals must be returned unopened, iPod iJacket packaging must be intact with all items included (belt clip, lanyard, screen protector etc) for valid refund.
We offer a 6-month replacement warranty. For all returns we ask that any original packaging be returned as well, and shipped back to us in a small padded envelope via USPS First Class at customer expense.
We can also exchange an item (item must be in re-sellable condition or subject to 20% restocking fee. A $4.00 reship applies and would be charged to the same credit card used to place the order with customer approval (any debit or credit would also be adjusted per the price of the exchanged item).
