3Although excellent for the price, investing is a wiser choice.  Jun 22, 2009 By Mike Li
PROs:
1) I was searching for cases on Amazon before buying this one, and checked out a lot of the sub $10 skins. Almost all the reviews said those case was too big. However, this case was the cheapest of them all, and also fits very snugly and does a good job protecting the iPod Touch.
2) The price tag - at $0.69, I was surprised this case wasn't glued together. Compared to cases reaching $30, and even skimpy screen protector sheets reaching almost to $10, this case delivers a lot of bang for your buck.
3) The color - the case looks great on the iPod Touch because it matches and isn't a lightish-black or greyish, but is actually a solid, great-looking black (just as it appears in the images).

CONs:
1) The case is a dust magnet. Putting it down on a surface almost always results in particles and dust bits to wind up on the case. This affects the cleanliness of the overall product more than the actual appearance though, and does not alter the protection value at all.
2) The cut hole in the back of the case is designed to let the Wi-Fi "antennae", or whatever that black Wi-Fi patch is called on the back of the iPod Touch, poke through. However, it isn't correctly placed, and is shifted a little off place. Thus, It reveals a sliver of the chrome backing because they left a little too much room for the patch. Dust can often get through here.

Overall:
1) Keep in mind for $0.69, you really can't complain, I just thought stating some of the problems this case has compared to more pricey ones would be beneficial for potential customers to know.
2) However, while you can't go wrong spending less than 3 quarters on such a case, I'd suggest investing in a better case, especially maybe a name-brand case, like Griffin, Belkin, etc. It would most likely last longer, I know they offer anti-dust cases, there is a bigger variety, etc.

5Nice!  Feb 21, 2009 By Dorsia
I bought this as a temporary sleeve to use while I'm waiting for a custom case which will not be ready for about another month. Based on the price and free shipping w/ prime, I figured it was worth a try. Fits my ipod 2g like a glove, and prevents the back from getting scratched. When trying to find something at the store, I couldn't find anything for under $20.00, even for a simple little sleeve. So this one really is a great buy and serves its purpose.

2Fits but doesn't protect  May 13, 2009 By Rocco
I had given this 5 stars because of its value and it fit the ipod touch snugly and appeared to be a good product. However, i've learned that first impressions can deceive. In spite of not being out of its case, the back of the ipod touch is scratched so much that it looks cloudy and dull - almost as if someone scrubbed it with fine sandpaper. So either its the case itself that scratches, or the case lets in grit which abrades the surface of the ipod touch. Maybe the problem is it isn't snug enough or its the two holes in the back for an armstrap. In any case it didn't really serve its intended purpose. In its favor, it does hide the edges of the ipod touch screen which helps keep the protective screen skin from peeling off.

1Cheap quality cover - i wouldnt recommend  Jan 01, 2011 By rongha
The cover was a very cheap quality product. It did not fit the ipod as it is supposed to. its very loose. it feels like a rubber sheet that has lost its elasticity.

3A decent case  Nov 30, 2010 By v4vendetta
It has a comfortable grip, but the design is the problem. The hole at the top is intended for audio flow but it's very un-symmetrical. Also the back has two slits for an armband but I haven't been able to find an armband sold anywhere alone. I recommend you get a different case (I was able to get one that approximately the same, but a better design elsewhere). It does provide some protection. If you have a very low budget and just want to keep a temporary case, get it.
