Great protection...and STYLE Jan 30, 2010

Let me get my ONLY gripe out of the way first: these decals are a bit expensive, for what you get -- especially with the Too-High shipping charge (that's the reason it got 4, instead of 5, stars)! Now, on to the positives.
This item provides great protection, although it will probably take some CAREFUL handling when you apply it, to get everything to line up Just Right on your iPod. However, the sticker unpeels fairly easily for re-applying it when you don't get it just right the first time, and the air bubbles smooth out pretty easily, as long as you apply it progressively from one side to the other (don't try to "pancake" it down all at once).
The decal looks so good, I enjoy taking it out of my heavier-duty leather case every so often, just to look at the neat design! But some skin-tight cases might not slide over the iPod/decal combination without wrinkling up the decal...so BE CAREFUL and use some "thought" before you try to fit skin-tight outer cases over the iPod with the decal applied. Looser fitting, or cloth-lined, outer cases work just fine over it.
