I wanted a case/holder for my nano 4g. I really liked the option of having both the arm band, which is stretchable velcro, and the lanyard. The only thing I might be concerned about later, after exposure from cutting grass and working in my flower beds, is the cutout wheel, my old case covered it and this one doesn't, so don't know what impact the dirt and such will have on my ipod. Would definitly recommend.

I'd been looking for a way to use a lanyard with my Ipod cause I hate those arm bands when working out. This is perfect and it includes an arm band for times when I have to wear it that way. Great product, great price, great service from Amazon.
