 Durable and comfortable May 08, 2009

I'm a runner who listens to a lot of podcasts on my iPhone, and one of the primary problems I've had is durability -- I'm pretty hard on headphones, and have gone through five sets in less than two years. Surprisingly, this pair has been the most durable. There a little metal wrappers that protect some of the most vulnerable spots on the headphones from becoming destroyed (where the plug goes into the phone, for example). The earbuds are comfortable and stay put. The hold button isn't quite as slick as the one on the factory pair you get with the phone, but it's easy to grab and works fine. Sound quality is okay -- I'm just glad that both earphones work after dropping them numerous times on cement sidewalks and asphalt roads. All in all, this is a fantastic product for the money. I've had much worse luck with sets that cost ten times as much.

Best You Can Get For The Price! May 04, 2009

For under ten bucks you are not going to beat these. They actually sound good for music and "apps" and work great with my 2nd Gen Itouch. I have had many sub ten dollar headphones in the past and these blow them all out of the water. They seem solidly built to me and have been holding up just fine. Yeah they don't sound quite as good as the stock ipod set but I like these for every day use and traveling around because if they break they will be very inexpensive to replace. Cost to benefit ratio = FIVE STARS.

The title of my review says it all: it felt really comfortable when I first tried it, but it's quality is too cheap. Mine broke within a month of moderate usage. I bought them to replace my original earplugs, and I have to say I am disappointed. I'm glad I only paid $6 for them. That's 20 cents a day rental :)

I ordered a Handsfree Headset for my iphone, but the package only contained regular headphones, no microphone and no answer button, which renders this product useless.

Have had a Iphone for the past 2 years but not able to use the earphones because they tend to fall out easily. was appalled at the cost of the earbuds that apple is offering, so looked on Amazon to see what was available and noted these earbuds at a lesser cost. They are definately worth the cost. The sound is good, they have the mic for the phone and they come with extra buds and extra mesh caps for the headphones, and a nice carrying case for the earbuds. not sure if these were last years version or not, but it doesnt matter, they work great and didnt cost me as much as what Apple is selling them for now.
